The basic features of Custrack
With Custrack’s basic features you will have the ability to manage the information on your database with ease and accuracy, you can run detailed searches on the database and view the search results in several ways. You can log each and every contact with a customer (calls, emails, faxes etc.) to always know what has been said and done by whom, you can also assign call targets and create reports on calls. You can do bulk marketing exercises via fax, email or SMS. You can set up and manage (step-by-step) sales pipelines and send quotes and invoices directly from the system. You can capture each and every product installed at a customer with information such as serial numbers, expiry dates, product codes etc. This screen is usually customised for each client so as to ensure maximum accuracy.

To be able to create and send personalised letters/documentation to individual as well as a group of selected clients.

Job Cards and Contracts
Contracts on installed products as well as maintenance contracts can be logged in Custrack. In conjunction with the Support Call Module, job cards can be created for products installed (linked to a contract or not). Stock can be issued for a job card – full integration with Pastel or Evolution.

Workflow
Custrack has a separate module intended to manage the actions to be performed or procedures to be carried out in order to serve your customers. This is done by capturing your existing procedures into templates and selecting a specific template whenever a task for a specific customer has to be completed. The selected template is used to create a “Project” and the necessary steps or actions to be taken to complete the project, are then assigned to the “Project Team” with due dates and / or dependencies. The WorkBox is then used to combine all the various project actions in the whole database. By grouping or filtering actions, all the actions for a specific person can be seen together. This is then used to organise and focus resources on many different projects simultaneously.

SMS Server
The SMS Server is incorporated into the Custrack Server and uses a Falcom Twist GSM modem to send text messages generated from within the various components of Custrack over the GSM network.

Custrack Campaign Manager
A sophisticated, database driven tool based on HTML and integrated into the Custrack Template model, to generate and process inbound and outbound campaigns and surveys.

Custrack Mobile App
The Custrack Mobile App – this facility offers you real time contact, sales and data management on mobile data with Android devices on any mobile network. The Custrack Mobile App provides the user with out-of-the-office access to the central database. It provides all of the capabilities of the desktop version except for the reporting functions.

Service Level Agreements and Call Escalation
When a product is installed at a customer, a service level agreement template is selected along which service calls will be escalated. The escalation template that is selected will dictate how the escalation process will take place. The escalation is based on priority of the call and is measured from acceptance of the call, solution to a call and call close. Escalation can be in the form of an email, SMS or an operating system command that is invoked. This forms part of our Service Call Management feature.
